There was something for everyone to enjoy. You can definitely fill up a whole morning at this Museum. Parking is a little pricey though.

Something for everyone at this museum. Always enjoy browsing the various galleries, and the building itself is something to be in awe of. (May be a little bias as we were married here too, so it hold a special place in my heart!)

I loved the jellyfish aquarium. Everything else was so intersting and fun too. Such a beautiful building and the staff were nice.

The museum building is interesting in that it was one of the first Canadian museums, and was also where parliament sat after the fire on the hill. There is quite a lot to look at in this museum, and if you are a completist like me it will take you the better part of a day to go through the... More

Over the holidays my 11 year old wanted to go to our museum. With our favourite Science and Technology closed we headed to the Museum of Nature. The atrium with the jelly fish is wonderful. We very much enjoyed the bird, rocks and water exhibits. We all walked away saying we had learned something and it was a good way... More

As sad as this is to say given my love of history, but I was underwhelmed with my visit to this Canadian landmark. The totem pole exhibit was amazing, as was the stamp exhibit and the children's museum section; but, given the price of entrance, I was hoping for a few more exhibits. Come on Canada!

Hello. That's another museum in Ottawa. We don't have a totem pole exhibit, stamp exhibit or children's museum. We hope you do come visit us in the future at the Canadian Museum of Nature. All the best. More

This place was amazing. Right from the start I was in awe. Lots of kids but what can you expect. I felt like a kid in there.

I was pretty disappointed in the bland-sterile look of the museum. Haven't been there in many years and was hoping for more. they also charged an extra fee for an exhibit that was so unmemorable that I forgot the name. Skip this place for another.

I have 3 kids 6, 8, and 12 and they all enjoyed the visit. There was a little for everyone but they all loved the minerals. There was so much stuff to look at that no one was bored. overall great way to spend the afternoon with the kids.

One of my favourite museums in Ottawa, it is great for both kids and adults. Kids love the life size dinosaurs and animals shown in their natural habitats. I enjoy the special exhibits they host a couple of times a year.
