There's definitely some fascinating stuff here. The focus on Canadian produced vehicles is great with several makes and models you've never heard of. It's disappointing in several aspects that so much is crammed into a dark and awkward place. It's nearly impossible to take a picture of a whole vehicle in here and the lighting is so poor that you... More

Thank you for your review. The Canadian Automotive Museum is housed in an original 1920s Chevrolet-Oakland dealership, which was originally designed for far fewer vehicles than are currently in the collection. We are currently working on painting and adding new lighting fixtures to brighten up the galleries. Our most recent exhibit, General Motors in Western Canada, located in the museum... More

This is the kind of place I love doing a car museum documentary with my video camcorders. A great location, even for The City of Oshawa documentary.

What a fabulous experience. Such a marvelous place and, considering the city it's in, terribly underused. I'll bet 99% of Oshawa residents have never been there.

This is a great museum that natives of Oshawa don't even know about. Too bad because it's excellent.

Canadian Auto Museum is filled to the brim with exotic Rolls-Royces and even a Bugati and a DeLorean. What a surprise find in downtown Oshawa. I'm not even a car keener but I was totally enthralled by the history and the elegance of the cars.

Small but really interesting being in the GM City of Oshawa. I loved the old police vehicle and the bikes they have.
