Went with the wife and baby 2 days ago on the Thanksgiving long weekend to hopefully see some fall colours on a hike but unfortunately we were a bit too early. I had looked at the Ontario Parks Fall Colours report that said there was 60% change but my math is different than their math. That being said the trails... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent trip to Bronte Creek Provincial Park. Estimating the fall colour change is tough - see the park everyday we noted that many of the trees in the day-use area away from the ravine had already changed and had dropped their leaves. Where the trees near the ravine... More

Beautiful wilderness with well groomed trails. Excellent place to observe birds and fall colours. Take a walk along Bronte Creek in the fall; you might see salmon.

Large park with lots of mature trees for shade and right on Lake Ontario. What more can be said. Beautiful.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review of your recent visit. I think you are mistaking one of the local parks in the village of Bronte for Bronte Creek Provincial Park. The Provincial Park is not on Lake Ontario - it is bound by Burloak, Dundas, Bronte Rd and the QEW. The park is north... More

We went to the car show in the park and had a great time as always....fortunately the weather turned out to be nicer than predicted.

So glad to hear about your recent visit to Bronte Creek Provincial Park. The British Car Day pretty much ALWAYS has nice weather (what is it 23 years?). They luck out all the time. To bad the weather in the morning was so rainy --- the Toronto Triumph Club's motto for this event is "rain or shine, after all they... More

We stayed for 7 nights. It was an excellent location to enjoy the attractions around Toronto (generally less than one hours drive to everything we did), yet enjoy a "wilderness" camping experience. The sites were varied in size and very nice. The loop washroom had flush toilets and cold running water. The showers were hot. Being right in the middle... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your recent trip to Bronte Creek Provincial Park's Campground. So very glad that you had a great time. The campground really can feel like you are miles away from the city --- but really you are less than 10 minute drive to city services and shopping. Hope that you... More

We (family of 5) visited the outdoor swimming pool at Bronte Creek Provinicial park and were impressed with it's size, the shower facilities and the numerous lifeguards. Were not impressed with the staff there for the following reason. After having paid the full admission price at 4:53pm we realized we could have saved $4 (out of $11) if we entered... More

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent trip to Bronte Creek Provincial Park and visit to the 1.8 acre outdoor swimming pool. It sounds like you were disappointed, mainly in the fees charged for park and pool. Let me try to explain. Having seen how big the pool is (1.8 acres) and staffing required... More

Great biking trails, especially if you are on the campground side. Nice hidden trail behind site 310 if its not occupied. Most campsites are open and spacious, if you want a private site, check in woodland area, If you have small children, make sure you go to the day use area with the kids barn. Washrooms are nice and clean,... More

Thank you for your recent review of Bronte Creek Provincial Park. So glad to hear that you took advantage of both sides of the park. The Campground is gaining popularity with families and seniors as a convenient place to"get-a-way". The Day-use area off Burloak has been a favorite with our young visitors for over 40 years. It is a little... More

I always like to visit Bronte park. It's easy to get to and it's big enough that you don't run into crowds. We start at the barn, there are the usual farm animals, pigs, goats and chickens. We hike as there are many trails and then go to the giant pool which is like a chlorinated concrete lake and have... More

This is a great park for young and old. We recently visited in July to go to the out door swimming pool. Plenty of room, shade under the shade and a large pool to cool off in. We have also been in late winter to visit the Maple festival, all worth going to.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent trip to Bronte Creek Provincial Park. Glad to hear you had a lovely time at our HUGE outdoor pool --- it really is more of a man-made LAKE.
