We took an enjoyable walk along this scenic trail. It's far enough off the road and offers a variety of things to see--the river, gardens, and buildings.
the history and beauty of this area is a feast for the eyes. We never get tired of seeing this area.

Wonderful trail through trees, partially along the waterfront. Very pleasant. Easy access, mostly flat at least on the NOTL end.
My sister and I used the trail both mornings to walk. Just at the end of the Riverbend Inn's road. Great for sightseeing and exercising on!
The trail allows for great sights all along it. So serene that you can lose yourself in your thoughts. Great chance to see some wildlife too. A coyote ran through the pasture across the road. Beautiful!
When you come down to NOTL for a walk-about don't forget to bring your dog!
NOTL is very dog friendly-out door patios, paths and park land with forested areas to explore. Many outdoor patios put out water bowls for thirsty pooches to indulge. The trials, park lands, forests areas and lake front beach are perfect to share with your dogs...
