We initially were planning to go to the Benchmark restaurant, but they were hosting an event. Having been to many of the wineries for tastings already, we noticed they also had a tasting room for beer. I was pleasantly surprised at the many varities they had and the quality as well. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. No matter... More

Unique modern and fun setting for a wine tasting on the college campus. Hosted by a very knowledgeable and passionate group of young people! Delicious wines the students have selected to preview and offer for tastings. Must see!

My good friend was visiting the Niagara Region from Cincinnati recently, so we decided to spend a leisurely day visiting some of the wineries throughout the Region. I had never stopped at the Niagara College Teaching Winery, so we decided to check it out. Located at the intersection of Glendale and Taylor Road on the border of the city of... More

This is a really interesting place. We typically spend a great deal of time here. They have done amazing wines, typically the best are from the Deans list. Support the school and give it a try.

A friend and I visited Niagara College teaching winery today as a part of the 2015 taste the season event. We were treated to a 2010 Cabernet Franc wine with the food pairing of pork capicola crepe rolls with caramelized onion cheese stuffing and ice wine syrup. Luckily, it was the weekend when we visited because I know how very... More

Marvelous to aspects involved in the ancient art of wine (and beer) making. To see how young people are learning to be productive and creative in this field is very interesting. Tastes good too!
