We've been there in the past and it was pretty cool. It had great wines and Knowledgeable students explaining the wines. It was a neat place.

We've come here a couple of times, most recently this winter. Previously I've been here to visit the winery and the floral greenhouses (wonderful plants and hanging baskets), in the late spring. Most recently, we were told about the brewery on site and we really enjoyed sampling the beers. It's a nice change from going to wineries. At the teaching... More

The winery has very scenic views and the people who work there are very friendly and always willing to explain their wines. Each time we go we are impressed with the building and the winery itself. I find their wines are getting better each year.

Beautiful winery, friendly staff and GREAT Ice Wine! Was here for the 2015 Ice wine festival and so far the favourite ( we have 3 more to go). If you have never done the passport tours in the Niagara region you should plan one. A fun day of tastings and pairings of food.....Niagara teaching winery does it very we'll.

I used a Travelzoo deal here and it provided 1) lunch, 2) a wine tasting, 3) a beer tasting, 4) a tour of the wine and beer making facilities! The experience was both tasty and educational and I learned a little about how wine and beer is made. The staff is extremely friendly and take extra time to answer any... More

It's official, of all Ontario wineries this is my favourite. We visited NCT Winery over the weekend to stock up on gems to drink over the coming months and also premium red and white wines to cellar down. I have fond memories of our last bottle of 2004 Deans List Chardonnay drank at last Christmas. I will return each time... More

We were part of a group of 8, took a tour of the winery and enjoyed a tasting with John. We enjoyed touring the vineyard and seeing the wine operations. But the highlight was John's knowledge of wines and being open to questions. We loved the variety of wines to taste and learned new knowledge none of us knew. John... More

Our student tour guide was impressive. It was a great first stop: we learned a lot. Came back to buy the ice wine after sampling a more expensive and less flavorful variety at Colaneri.

We choose their restaurant, Benchmark, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality, especially when we realized that most of what was served was grown on site, and everything we ate and drank was made and served by students. Delicious food and impressive wine were creatively served in a unique dining room with windowed walls overlooking the grounds gardens plus a... More
