My husband and I used to really enjoy Strewn wines. However, after our last visit, I dont think we will be going back. Their wines are not what they used to be. We bought 3 bottles, and all 3 were corked. I contacted Strewn and they kindly sent us 2 more bottles of the same wine, but again, they were... More

Nicole, we take quality control very seriously and are sorry to hear about your experience. Please contact me so we can follow up and make it right. It is very frustrating to both purchasers and wineries when a wine develops an off-flavuor from a bad cork. More

For the last fourteen years, we have made the annual pilgrimage of wine buying in the Niagara area and Strewn has often be an early morning stop on Sunday morning on the way out of Niagara on the Lake. We have known for years that they offer cooking classes there, and we'd often said it would be fun to give... More

Jane, Charlotte and the amazing staff at the Strewn Winery cooking school know how to set up an educational and fun day for its "chefs". They provide clear instructions on making a healthy meal that you will easily be able to recreate at home. Menus change often. What a great way to spend a day or give a gift to... More

We visited many wineries and I am only reviewing those that we found to be a cut above the rest (except for a couple which should be missed and we are warning folks). This place should be one you hit.

This is a medium sized boutique winery The tasting was great! Very informative in a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by wine barrels! Wine was so so for me! Would love to go back with a group of people and do the interactive cooking lunch, seemed like a great team building event Good mulled wine and quaint shop with unique products!

Nice smaller winery. Guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Now I know what "second press" means! Very nice shop/boutique with wine as well as some very nice and unique items and gifts.

Great friendly winery with awsome wine. Tried several other places but this was our favorite. We took advantage of the buy barrell. We have to keep coming back but I dont see that as a problem. It was a great fall day and they were very helpful dealing with our US credit cards that we forgot to tell we would... More

From the minute we walked through the beautiful entrance of Strewn Winery, we were made to feel welcomed. Not only is this a beautiful winery, with friendly staff, but the wines are excellent. Special thanks to Elizabeth and Joe who made the tour of the facilities even more enjoyable. Definitely worth visiting!

Graham took us through a number of their wines. Very knowledgeable and witty! Tasted a number of fantastic wines - bought a few to take back home. Highly recommend visiting!
