If you're looking for a fun, stressfree day, definitely take a cooking class at Strewn Winery. My husband and I attended the BBQ cooking class on Saturday. We started with a black bean salsa dip and chips, followed by a unique Greek salad (bbq'ing the cucumber and peppers). This was followed by bbq'ing salmon on cedar planks with a homemade... More

If you want someplace to have a great meal and wines, go to Strewn's. Their soups were a bit one-note but everything else was delicious. Strewn offers three different Chardonnays oaked in different types of barrels. Each one is divine.

My sister and I stopped by Strewn, based on a recommendation from a friend. We were served by Nicky, who was very knowledgeable about the wines he was serving and recommended other wines to try based on what we had liked. We were very impressed with his professional presentation, and the different types of wine available - I tried some... More

Graham, did our tasting and taught us so much in a short period of time! It was a great experience that only got better as we tasted their wines! Strewn also provides a great set up for tasting in the back of their production area among the grape vines and beautiful setting.

I had dinner here with a number of business co-workers. The building is beautiful, and the location is beautiful. Very nice setting. Service and food were both great. I highly recommend this spot.

My friends from Japan really love Strewn because it was featured in a TV show in Japan back in 2006 or around there. Everytime my friend comes, she insists on going there. Over the Victoria Day weekend, she came with her parents who didn't speak any English. A week earlier, I had emailed Strewn to see if they provided tours... More

We recently enjoyed a day of cooking and wine tasting at Strewn, and it was well worth the time and money! The cooking school itself is beautifully equipped and well suited to group learning. We had a delicious 4 course meal which we could easily reproduce at home. Jane's emphasis on local and fresh ingredients really made the menu cohesive... More

We visited Strewn Winery yesterday afternoon after touring a few other local wineries in Niagara-On-The-Lake. We were received very warmly by Kathryn, who assisted us with our tasting. Her knowledge was very informative and we enjoyed our wine-tasting experience immensely. Great wines - liked the Vidal the most.
