To start, I am creating a Trip Advisor account just to rave about this place. My boyfriend and I traveled from Pittsburgh to see Niagara Falls, both American and Canadian side. We thought this would be the highlight of our trip but it really wasn't. The Falls have nothing on the amazingness of Chocolate FX. It was like a real... More

We learnt about Chocolate FX Factory via the NOTL tourist map we received from our B&B and had it circled for a round-town drive. We were about to just shop around for goodies for a quick in 'n out visit when a tour guide asked if there were any other takers for a tour. I asked if we could join... More

Willa our guide and owner was informative, funny and knowledgable. The delectable samples were wonderful. She spent time talking to us after the tour and her passion and love of the business came through. I loved the quote on the board...chocolate doesn't ask silly questions,,chocolate understands!

Nice stop for a tour, you can purchase chocolate. Barb, the tour guide, was very informative and funny. Not too interesting for the kids, nowhere to sit.

What a great store to check out while visiting from Vancouver, they have all sorts of variations of Chocolate products. Better still a self serve sample bar with endless variety, They do not limit how many times you go up to the sample bar - trust me we tested lots! Once you know what you want to buy there is... More

Took the chocolate tour and was well educated on chocolate's beginnings, the tasting bar was outstanding and gave you the oppertunity to sample a vast number of products in the store. I am allergic to nuts, but they had a variety of items that were nut free and also chocolate for diabetics. I want to extend my HUGE THANKS to... More

We took the tour offered by this venue, which was fascinating. So interesting to find out how my favourite product comes about. The chocolate produced here is a little expensive, but amazing and there are so many unusual choices. Definitely well worth a visit.

Wow...so many choices for chocolate covered things! And they have a tasting bar to help decide what you like best before buying. A little pricey but worth it. Found some unique things like choc covered beer nuts (very yummy) and choc covered jub jubs, also very yummy. A must try for the choc lover!!
