Andrew Peller was one of the founding fathers of Ontario wine; today his namesake winery remains a family-owned enterprise - focused around the grand winery, showpiece barrel cellar and gracious Peller Estates Winery Restaurant (helmed by Chef Jason Parsons). Food and wine pairing themes are mainstays in the chock-full seminar and event calendar. Peller Estates' full range of Private Reserve whites, reds and sweet wines by Winemaker Katie Dickieson are always rich and approachable, while the Signature Series features age-worthy reds, award-winning Icewines and the unique Ice Cuvée sparklers, sweetened with a touch of Icewine.

We we're staying near by and on a whim called to see if we could get in Sunday night for dinner. Great they had a table - yeah I had always wanted to try Jason's menu. We walked over from our hotel and we had a fantastic meal. It did not disappoint and we can't wait to return. Everything was... More

I live in the area but had never before been to Peller estates winery for a tasting. My boyfriend came down for the weekend so we decided to put it in our agenda. What a great idea that was... We rented e-bikes and made our way to the winery. We were greeted and taken care of by a wonderful lady... More

We held our Awards Night in the private room. Was a terrific hit once again. Our staff only had positive things to say. We had guests from Taiwan and the USA and all were very impressed. One of the highlights was actually roasting the marshmallows. Great service, great event

After not being there for over a year we went to Peller and found what a difference a year makes in the Retail store. The staff seemed slower in service, and it wasn't a weekend or not that busy, so no excuse. They also seemed less knowledgable than we remember from last year. While the wine is still of a... More

Dear Notlers, Thank you for your candid review. I am truly sorry that you found our service to be slow and product knowledge to be lacking. You are correct that there is no excuse. I have shared your comments with my team as we strive to provide the amazing service you have come to expect from Peller Estates. I was... More

Visited Peller Estates every day of a 3 day trip in March. We couldn't stop coming back. Tastings were overseen by the friendly Sarah. We also booked a 'Seasonal Sensations' food and wine pairing seminar hosted by Jennifer that was fun and extremely educational. We now know you could serve a steak with a super oakey Napa chardonnay and (probably)... More

Upon entering the beautiful estate we were pleasantly greated. The staff throughout our experience was friendly attentive and knowledgable. We tasted the ice wine and ended up buying 2 bottles of the aged oak. It was really amazing and the best wine we had touring all day. We were told about numerous festivities throughout the year so I guess we... More

We really enjoy the Peller wines. We find for the price point they are good value- and a nice representation of Ontario wines. Staff at the tasting bar are often less than efficient. I realize they are often very busy, but frequently they are chatting with friends or not overly attentive to their clients. The wine room does have a... More

We were travelling around the Icewine Festival for 3 days in a group of six. Probably would have skipped Peller because we were searching out smaller newer wineries. We were driving by their magnificent building at the end of our last day and had a couple of hours free before our dinner reservation. So we stopped in and had a... More

My husband and I had a few wine tasting passes given to us by our hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our short visit to Peller Estates. We were greeted by a nice sitting area with a warm fire place which we enjoyed after being outside in the cold. Our server was Ben, and he was extremely knowledgable about the various... More
