The price was high and the manicure was assumed at a higher level than needed. The cheaper manicure was not offered. You must give your credit card information if making a last minute reservation. This is a small spa that is connected to the Shaw club Hotel. I had a massage and it was without a doubt the best massage I have ever had. Everyone is so warm and friendly that you don't want to leave. More

First time at a spa for my husband. We tried the couple's instructional massage mostly to teach him how to work effectively on my chronic neck and back issues. It did just that and more! We started our afternoon with a couples massage with Alicia & Will - 2 very talented people. I didn't know that I had that much stress built into my back and neck, now I know! We were at the Shaw Spa the other day to treat ourselves. My boyfriend and I each had the wine scrub, which was relaxing, nourishing, and moisturizing. My husband and I stayed at the Shaw Club and Spa on a Travelzoo Deal. We recieved a gift certificate for the spa and decided to us it.....with awesome results. We decided on a couples Swedish Massage. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Lorette and Will were great, professional and do amazing things with thier hands! :-) Definetly recommend them. More

I took my Mom to the Shaw Spa to celebrate her 50th Birthday. I live in St.Catharines and knew a lot of the other spa's in the area but I couldn't afford to take both myself and my Mom to the other places. I have never had neck or back issues but I just had a baby and from nursing every two hours, I was in so much pain. I had a massage at Shaw Spa and left feeling like a new person! More

My husband and I went to the shaw spa for our anniversary. We had a couples massage and pedicures. I am very picky about spas but the shaw spa was so clean and the staff was fantastic!! We really enjoy our time there and really recommend anyone to go there!! More
