The Wine Country Cooking School at Strewn Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario is absolutely one of our favorite vacation spots! We have taken many classes over the years and eagerly await each return trip. Jane and her staff make everyone feel welcome, whether new to cooking or an 'old hand'. We first went to the Wine Country Cooking School 4 years ago. Because we had such a great time, we now go 2 times a year. If you enjoy cooking it's a great experience. The school is located at the winery so not only do you learn how to make a great menu, you also learn how to pair it... more
