This was our first trip to Niagara Falls. The first time we viewed the Falls was from the Skywheel. You get a great bird's eye view of the American and Canadian sides of the Falls. The wheel circles around enough times to snap a lot of pictures. We rode the wheel for about 10-12 minutes before our ride was up.... more
Went up there at night, beautiful view of the falls and the city, with the falls lit up in different colors. You get to spend 10 minutes up there. The pods are climate-controlled. If you go up during the day I believe the scenic view won't be as good (you'll see a lot of abandoned shops). more

All I can say is WOW!! What an amzing view from up there. We did the skywheel at about 11:00 pm and it was absolutely beautiful. I was kinda scared on the way up; but once up there I couldnt believe how nice it was......I was no longer scared at all. I definitely recommend the skywheel to anyone visiting the... more
We bought the fun pass. We took the ride at night so we could see the falls illuminated. We went around 5 times. Loved it !!! more
Last week I took my neice and daughter for a ride on the SkyWheel, at about 10 pm...there's no doubt, def. an amazing view of well, the falls and everything. The SkyWheel on Clifton hill is for sure a must, this thing is huge and gives you a view of everything ! My wife who does not like heights was pretty freaked out, so I had to sit still so it didnt rock (bummer), but I still think she enjoyed it. Make sure you buy the Fun Pass , the... more
Air conditioned ride, great view, fairly cheap with coupons available as your walking up Clifton Hill. Grab those booklets, they'll save you $$! We wanted to ride this at night but went during the day instead, the view was great - got some really good pictures from there. more
Our family has enjoyed this attraction on two different visits - once in 2008, and once in 2007. One of these days, I'm hoping to experience it again, but this time at night (each of the other two rides have been during daylight hours).
