Walking into the park, the first thing you notice is the balmy 84 degrees they maintain the park at. Perfect for swimming, but if you're there only to spectate without swimming, be prepared to sweat. The second thing you notice is how high the slides are. There are a lot of them which would keep kids entertained for hours. My... More

This place looks tired and the staff were so rude. We arrived with our 2 excited sons in tow to be told it was $54 each since we weren't staying in the hotel. We baulked at this (more than we have ever paid including in some of the best water parks in the world!) and walked out. Skip this place... More

Warm fun during cool spring break! Friends and I took our 6 children ( ages 9-13) for the day. It was perfect. There were at least 9 slides, outdoor heated pool with basketball nets, wave pool and a climbing water area as well as a small climbing area when dried. Food was reasonably price (9.99 for combo). Day pass price... More

This was our first time to Fallsview Waterpark. We have been to other waterparks in the Niagara area, and this is ok in comparison. My kids loved the waterslides, but I thought the wave pool was below average. The water is warmer than other locations (which is nice) and they have a heated outdoor pool. While it is attached to... Enjoyable trip. Kids and grandkids did not want to leave. Slides we got for little ones and experienced riders. Only downfall was children were not always being watched by their parents, so kids were getting hurt.

Don't go on weekends, you'll wait over an hour to go down a slide. It's overpriced for what you get, so try to book it in a package deal with your hotel room. Water is cold. Had a run in with a very disrespectful employee, it was awful. General comments about the staff seem consistent with them being rude. It... More

It's been a few years since we were here, but I remember the average age being more around 12. On this trip, the average age seemed to be about 4. Front desk was a little too interested in answering the phone and chatting amongst themselves...only got about 60% of their attention.

We brought my 3.5 year old daughter to the waterpark and had a great time. She loved the wave pool and we went during the week so it was not super busy. The water temperature varied a lot in different areas but I did notice that the park was very clean. My daughter found that the slides were very fast... More

Clean, well staffed and tons of fun. Have been here many times with our kids. Great affordable getaway for the family. My husband and I both ride the slides with the kids and without. Usually we go on the off times to avoid the crowds. Staying at one of the affiliated hotels is a must. The main mezzanine has lots... More

We went March 30-31.My husband and I took our 4 and 2 year old neices. So I will start off by saying that we had a fun time, but the over powering smell of chlorine was brutal. My necies were so sick from the smell after just an hour each vist. A bummer that we couldnt bring our own swim... More
