Was exactly what we expected. The kids loved it here, and that's all that matters. Tons of chlorine, maybe a little to much, wasn't overly busy, we still had to wait 10-15 minutes to get on a slide, but a very well organized place. Half staff was friendly, and helpful, the other half has much to be desired. I felt... More

Spent this past weekend (both saturday + sunday) at this water park. Traveled with 2 kids & 6 adults (24yrs and up). Stayed at Skyline Inn which had a bridge connected to the water park; this was very convenient for us. First thoughts when entering the water park; it is VERY humid/hot, you can definitely smell the chlorine. The air... More

We're a family of four with two nine year old girls. We visited the park on Jan.11,12.It was a fun winter escape and all of us enjoyed the various slides and warm indoor temperatures. Some other parks I have visited were a little on the cool side but it was not the case here.We had fun racing each other on the mat... We were a group of 8 - 6 adults (29-60 yrs) and 2 children (5 yrs, 6 yrs). We enjoyed ourselves. We visited as an overnight and were at the park on a Saturday from 1:30pm-4:30pm and Sunday from 9am-1pm. Saturday was very busy (hard to find chairs and to get tubes for the wave pool). There was a line... More

The chlorine fumes burn your eyes. No food or drink in the park? Been to several water parks where the parents can enjoy a beverage while the kids are off playing. The first slide we went on was a 30 minute wait. Not my favorite.

Our family stayed at the Sheraton on the Falls hotel and decided that for a few hours I would take my daughter to the waterpark adjoining the hotel. It may be small compared to waterparks in other cities but it was a welcome change to the normal tourist attractions and it gave our daughter a chance to run around and... More

I am not sure why this attraction is so highly rated. The waterpark was over crowded with not enough staff - many used towels lying on the floor and way too few amenities - there were not nearly enough chairs or lockers for the number of visitors. The place needs more upkeep - support beams are covered in dust (you... More

It might be a different story weekday morning, but Saturday afternoon it overly packed. Only small lockers available, Not a single chair - all already taken. Long lines on every single ride. They totally overdid it with chlorine. Our eyes were crying. Accidents... well they happen. Something went wrong at the wave pool. Which lead to closing of three rides... More
