The area contains of multiple trails, each with it's own color and attractions. I thought it was hard to stay on the same path since the marks are not that visible that shows you which trail you are on right now. Sometimes you really need to stop and look around for the marks. My favorite trail is the blue one,... More

One of the coolest hiking trails we have been on. Though it's a bit rugged we have three kids (16, 12, and 11) who really enjoyed it. Hike goes all the way down to the white water!

It is certainly off the beaten path, but it is worth a visit. There's an upper portion to the park and then you walk down a metal staircase to the lower portion of the park where there are lots of areas to explore. Unfortunately, the trail map is a rough guide AND the trail markers are difficult to follow as... More

loved the area clean and well kept, lots to do, some great walks (but in the hot weather you must take water on the trail, advisable to buy a brochure for $3.99 with all the trails on as some are longer and harder than the others, some steps to start with and at the end but its an adventure, saw... It is just some minutes to drive from Niagara Falls town center, but is worth it. It is absolutely free. A nice area for picnic or just snack, nice panorama view to Niagara river. Wear mountain boots or sneckers, so you could reach the river. It would be difficult with flip-flops and imposible with a stroller.

Make your way to Niagra Glen. There is parking or busses may run from Niagra Falls. There are mapped hikes in the area, but don't follow them! Make your way down to the water and hike south towards the Aerocar along the Niagra River. Canada on one side, USA across the way. A beautiful hike with much to appreciate. When... More

Experience North America the way it was 300 years ago. Wet wild and beautiful. Do your inner self a favor and enjoy some non crowded quiet and beauty far from the madding herd. You'll be very happy you visited this nice park.

This hidden gem is a wonderful way to spend a few hours. Take a packed lunch, wear stout trainers or walking boots and descend vertically down into the gorge via a metal staircase (not suitable for the infirm) The walk then meanders down through woods and rocks full of chipmunks and birds until you eventually arrive at the waters edge.... The trails are scenic, although a bit rough. I'm 64 y.o. and in reasonable good shape, but the elevation changes about got to me. Be prepared for some great scenery with a bit of work. At a couple of points the mighty Niagara River is pretty close and you can see the amazing volume of water it produces. Worth the... More

Feared this would be a real hike/trek but was pleasantly surprised to find it to be an easy meandering walk. You will need decent footwear rather than flip flops or similar and if out at dusk the midges are annoying. there are some great vantage points for excellent photos and it is brilliant to see the activities on the river.
