We spent about 2 leisurely hours at this beautiful aviary. Many colorful and tropical birds are walking and flying around. There are different sections to this museum - nocturnal (bats), small birds, and larger bird section. Our highlight was the nectar we fed to the Lorikeets. We paid $2.00 extra at the admission desk and we got to go into... More

I have been going to Niagara Falls for over 30 years and never realized the Bird Kingdom was there. They need to advertise more. It was great. Take time to enjoy and bring a camera!

My wife and I were watching our 1-year-old grandson, and thought that bringing him to this aviary would be a good idea - and it was. One might under estimate the size and quality of the aviary when looking at the outside of the building. There is a lot to do, see and learn. If you enjoy photography as I... More

My husband and I came here and had a wonderful time. The up close encounters with the beautiful birds was amazing. The animals seem to be well taken care of and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Cowboy Colin took the time to ask us how we enjoyed our experience and encouraged us to come again with our children soon. I... More

The animals are well taken care of and are given plenty of space, and you have the ability to see some absolutely lovely birds up close. I spent a good fifteen minutes watching an adorable ring-tailed teal duck drying himself off. Don't miss the bat feeding! And the Javanese tea house is stunning. Please ignore the negative reviews. I love birds in general so I had a lovely time just slowly walking around this place. Sat on a bench by the waterfall and felt like i was in some jungle with all of the squawking and birds flying freely. Just be careful where you place your hands on the cement railings because as i said they are flying... More

I needed an escape after a tumultuous end to 2014. I've always loved birds and the possibility of seeing a variety of these creatures in one place was intriguing. Bird Kingdom is easy to find with lots of parking at reasonable prices. After paying for my admission and hanging up my coat in the cloakroom I was off to the... More

Most children will enjoy the tour of this attraction but adults might want to skip to the end as the attraction has little to offer other than the smell of a bird cage. The waterfalls at the end of the tour is a welcome relief to all.
