We took our 3.5 year old daughter to the butterfly conservatory on route to Niagara Falls. It was a lovely little stop. The price was reasonable for adults and my daughter was free. The conservatory is great for children and adults alike. We explored the nocturnal exhibit and then entered the butterfly conservatory. The butterflies are beautiful. It was a... More

Would recommend this site to anyone especially in the winter as it was quiet and Kyle gave us a Tour and Educational session. Normally in the busy months you don't get the one on one interaction like we received.

Tropical weather in a greenhouse. The butterfly area is small but well laid out. The cafe is closed in the winter. We would have had lunch there . . . Not even a coffee machine.

Was reluctant to spend time away from the falls and visit a Butterfly Conservatory. The free voucher was the only reason I decided to accompany my family. I have been thankful ever since. I learnt here that there are literally thousands of butterflies. They come in all size from tiny penny sized ones to some which are larger than your... More

My husband and I decided to stop by the butterfly conservatory after we've passed by it like six times. And we are so glad we did. This place is just magical, when you stop thru the doors and into the conservatory, you might feel like you're stepping into a fantasy with butterflies of all colours drifting around you and sometimes... We visited here as part of our "wonder pass" three in one ticket and were enchanted, you have to have transport or take a cab but it is worth it. The experience of beautifully coloured butterflies flying around in a rainforest environment is breathtaking and if you are lucky an adventurous one will settle on you,one landed on my wife's... This is a worthwhile visit. We are members, so we are able to visit often with our grandchildren. It is a refreshing way to spent an hour or so, as the atmosphere is very tropical.

Forty - seven dollars for three people to walk around some butterflies for 15 minutes is a tad expensive. It's a neat thing to see but they need to lower the price. Also wear your shorts, even in winter, it's crazy hot in there.

It took my granddaughter, she is 3 and she really enjoyed her afternoon. There was a large exhibit in a rainforest setting, the butterflies are all flying around and their colours are amazing. The staff is there to answer any questions you may have. You do have to be careful not to touch or step on the butterflies because they... More

We liked that it didn't take too long to get through. Staff was there to ask questions to. The nocturnal creature display was neat, and the kids got to hold some of the animals. Like that there was a coat room so we didn't have to carry them around. The only dislike would be the price. Pretty pricey for a... More
