My boyfriend was not looking forward to going to the butterfly conservatory but he ended up loving it! After a quick video, you are allowed to walk around in the conservatory at your own pace and stay at long as you want. Lots of different butterflies and lots of picture opportunities. It's a great activity to do when you are... more

Butterfly conservatory has around 2000 butterflies and we have all different types of butterflies which everyone could enjoy including kids and elders. Its a must visit place for whoever visits niagara falls, on. Cameras with good zoom facility would be very helpful so that we can capture photos of butterflies without disturbing them :) more

This was a great stop on our trip to Niagara Falls. It is a beautiful and immaculately kept park, and a great place to get away from the "honky tonk" of downtown Niagara Falls. We spent most of our time in the butterfly conservatory, the kids loved it. There was plenty to see to keep them interested. I would have... more

This was a great attraction. My four year old daughter loved it and my husband, who has a love of photography, also had a great time. I couldn't believe all of the different types of butterflies and it was wonderful seeing all of the other tourists so excited when a butterfly landed on their hand or their hat. I think... more

The butterflies are amazing! We thought we would spend only a few minutes in here, but we ended up spending almost an hour mesmerized by all the different types of butterflies! If you buy an adventure pass you get this for half price, so well worth it! more

This place is great for couples or families. It's also a good value for something around Niagara Falls and you can usually find a coupon for a few $$$'s off. The Butterfly Conservatory itself is fantastic and make sure you bring a camera. You'll enjoy it more on a nice day as there are several gardens that are worth walking... more

We very much enjoyed it. Our 12 and 10 year old loved taking pictures of the butterflys. They were everywhere and so enjoyable to watch. Great gift shop. We also took the horse and carriage ride through the gardens. $17.50 each, lasts 30 minutes, very nice, and worth the money for us. more

My friends and I were just there a few weeks ago and I have to say, it was the best butterfly conservatory I've been to so far. The little dinky one we have here in Philadelphia can't even compare, the one in Houston comes very close. make sure you get the adventure passes so the tickets will be half off.... more

This was supposed to be North America's largest butterfly conservatory. That may be true in terms of numbers or species, but somehow I find myself disappointed. There are a lot of butterflies, but the ground is not that big. So, the butterflies are all over the place. It feels very unnatural. Also, there are a lot of people in a... more

My husband and I visited the Butterfly Conservatory in the morning right when they opened (at 10 am), which I would highly recommend. Since we were some of the first people there, we got to explore and see the butterflies leisurely before it got too crowded. The inside of the conservatory is beautiful, made to look tropical with many plants... more
