Me and my 13 year old daughter went here a couple weeks ago and we are still talking and laughing about it! The number of screams, jumps, and frights were too many to count. You follow the red lights in the pitch black from one scare to the next. By the time we were done, we almost couldn't breathe we... More

My partner and I had a blast! Scared us to tears, we laughed ourselves silly. This was seriously one of the highlights of our trip. Be prepared, it is extremely scary, and you'll get to see just how silly you look when you are scared to death, because they take pictures for your enjoyment. Not only can you purchase them,... More

This attraction is very well done and very scary, it is the most scary of anything I have done ever. If you like being really scared then this is a must place to visit. My family highly recommends this attraction.

My family has been in the business of creating for-profit local haunted houses for years around halloween, so we've built up a large collection of effects and scares. Nightmares definitely went us one better though, with a variety of walking obstacles and well placed scare effects that were both professionally constructed and well managed. Without giving away their scares, they... More

My son and I were in the back of a line of 8 people. We didn't get to see anything but flashes and hearing a bunch of grown men scream like girls. You follow red dots and walk in the dark...real scary (sarcasm). At the end there's a real stupid part where a they use a inflated device that practically... More

I love being scared, and usually haunted houses are cheesy and more funny than scary. This was terrifying! It's completely black dark with only a red dot to follow. You can feel people grabbing at you but you can't see them! Scariest part was the walls blowing up like balloons, I am claustrophobic so I really did not like this,... More

I didn't think it was going to be that scary. I thought it would be the typical haunted house, but it's definitely not. It's completely dark in there you just have a little red light to follow. I only lasted about a minute and 30 seconds and I had to chicken out! I was fun though! However, unlike other haunted... More

Talked our group into going to the Nightmare Factory while in Niagara on business, some of whom were total scaredy cats! I think it must matter if you go first through the attraction or if you go last as the person in your group as our "leader" was screaming his head off while I, as the last person in the... More

After reading many positive reviews we decided to try this attraction. It was dark with decent actors and some special effects. The one thing we did not enjoy was the constant grabbing and groping. If you are a female, expect to have the actors constantly grabbing at your chest every 5 seconds.

Wow, this place was a blast. I went through with my teenage nieces, and we were terrified. We did not make it through. We had to scream "NIGHTMARES!!!" way earlier than we had expected to and it was still worth it for the experience and the laughs we are still having about it. If you are a horror fan, this... More
