My husband and I had breakfast at The Sunset Grill and went for a walk down the pier past the Snug Harbour restaurant, that was't open yet. The piers was pristine, the water in Lake Ontario very clear, it was a beautiful day. One forgets the beauty, that is so close to home.

We parked at the rhododendron park - free parking with plenty of space, even on a sunny summer Saturday afternoon. Very pleasant walk with pretty flowers along the waterfront that led to the main area of Port credit where we picked up an ice cream. There are picnic areas with BBQ so would be good for gatherings.

Port Credit is a beautiful part of Mississauga. There are so many things to do for all age groups. The harbour is breathtaking, and very relaxing. The choice of restaurants is plentiful. People are very friendly here. This definitely is a must-see in Mississauga!

Beautiful place if you just want to walk around and take in the view. Great restaurants (prices are a little higher...but that's a given due to its location).

Lots of shops and restaurants along Lake Ontario. Parks alongside to enjoy a picnic lunch! There is an old side of the town as well as a newer side. About halfway there from Mississauga, you pass Square One Mall, a huge mall that was awesome!

Port Credit is an excellent Canada Day Venue. Local businesses and regulars all pitch in for a full Day And Night of entertainment. The parade starts not too early for a holiday ending in delivery of a flat bed Canada Day cake. Then stroll west along Lakeshore passed local musicians to gather at the park lining the Credit River filled... More

Port Credit is a gorgeous spot to go to for good food, and a beautiful view! I always thoroughly enjoy walking along the boardwalk and taking in the sites and sun!
