A cute, quaint town within the city of Mississauga. Quite a few shops to browse, restaurants to try and coffee shops to sit in or outside on a warm day. Adequate parking behind most of the stores.

Streetsville is decidedly different when it comes to being part of Mississauga. As a resident it gives me the charm of a small town and all the conveniences and access of a large city

A smaller version of Unionville in Markham, this little area is adorable. There is tons of stuff to do here, from spas to cafes to restaurants. Little boutique stores, beautiful bakeries. Definitely recommend a stroll down Streetsville in the summer.

Many large cities have neighborhoods that are diverse and usually ethnic. Mississauga has villages which is a nice change. Streetsville is by far the nicest. The village is not a tourist trap. You'll not find souvenir shops. The shops here are geared towards the local residents. Every street light is decorated with hanging baskets of plants. Decorative benches are abundant.... More

Streetsville is a nice little town within the large area of Mississauga. It has a wonderful Tea Room on it's Main Street and lots of interesting stores, coffee shops etc. the hanging flower baskets on the Main Street are gorgeous!

I like the fact that there's a main strip to walk down. It's very close to a park and river which are beautiful to walk around when the weather is nice. There are some shops and restaurants, but not too many to choose from. The further north you go, the worse the scenery becomes.

It's a great place to stroll around in the evening or even late night. We love the shawarma at Osmow's and the ice cream at Murphy's.

To get an old town look in Mississauga don't go further than this. Excellent place to walk in evening and have coffee.

Lots of cafes, restaurants, parks, postal stations, etc. A nice area of Mississauga to visit. Timothy Street Park is excellent - lots of birds and beautiful by The Credit River. :)
