A great place for a walk! Not a lot of parking due to renovation of community centre. There is a splash pad for young children.

It is not to big, it is not too small, it is just right for a stroll and play at any time of the year, but is best early in the summer. The big map is prtially destroyed, some stationary outdoor work-out equipment was removed, I hope for repair, but it could be permanent, just as that map that is... More

Walking trail around entire lake with 5 separate exercise stations, fishing spots, children's playground and soccer pitch. See geese, ducks, blue jays, blackbirds, blue heron and many others in natural setting. A cottage atmosphere in the city.

To call it a 'Lake' is a bit optimistic, but it's lovely to have a pool of water and trails to walk/run/jog/ride/cycle and play around. There's a splash pad for the kids with a washroom nearby. It's exactly 1km around the water so if you're training or tracking your mileage you can keep track easily. Great place for family. Not... More

Just visited Lake Aquitaine Park in Mississauga, in early spring. There were enough birds chirping to drown the city noise. I saw ducklings, Blue Jays, Red wing Cardinals. There were people of all ages chatting, running, strolling, pushing strollers, riding bikes, on rollerskates, in running shows, in filpflops. The 1.5 km trail runs around the large pond. You can't swim... More

Wonderful walk around the lake and head south for more trails. Great job City of Mississauga in providing great green space for the residents. Love the family gatherings in the summer, music, food and laughter.

I don't live far from this park and I do take my son here. The walk around the lake is good as it is different then always walking down the road. They do need to upgrade the splash pad and playground. It was great when they finally put a bathroom at the playgrund instead having to run almost 10 minutes... More
