This park was a nightmare in the summer. There are people bbq-ing everywhere but more importantly in the midst of extremely strong rotting fishy smells. Would stay clear of this place in the summer months.

What a beautiful park so close to the water. They have a playground for the kids & the adults can picnic there. We were there over the holiday so it was very crowded. The parking is a problem so you will probably have a bit of a walk from parking on the street. I didn't use the restroom so not... More

No complaints about the park - it has a beach-y feeling from all the water bodies that surround it. Great splash pad for kids and has a doggie section too. My kid loves this park =)

Great for family gatherings or just an intimate walk through beautifully treed wooded areas bordering Lake Ontario where you can sit on massive rocked areas and listen to all the peaceful sounds coming off the lake. Great for biking too. Nothing to dislike

WE park here and walk the waterfront trail. It is lovely down by the lake. Lots of picnic areas and places for kids to play

Disappointing outdated, not very well maintained children playground next to a spray-pad - although all the constructions are safe, some rust started to show on certain places [a smaller painting job is required!!! to prevent tetanus], but more importantly some parts of the original structure have not been replaced, but closed down with panels /namely missing smaller slides on 2... My family and I love going to this park; the splash pad for the kids is really nice, the playgrounds are clean and safe. The path to the conservation is well maintained.

Take your bathing suit - it's safe to swim, and when the weather gets hot and sticky you might want to jump right on in. Pack a bbq dinner while you're at it - and your bike. Jack Darling is a perfect stop for the whole family.

This is a place where memories with friends, family, and school excursions are made. The waterfront and closeby barbeques and long trees for climbing all make it a perfect location for a summer outing.
