Storybook is still a destination if you have young children but it has lost a lot of its original charm. For all the talk of renovating the storybook aspect it has a certain down-in-out feel to it. The place seems to lack imagination which is really a shame since it is called storybook! I have seen the winter trail inside... More

It's just OK! Not the same. I remember a lot of more characters they got rid of a lot since I been going there over the years... Their gift shop is very pricey, not the same like it use to be... We took the city bus there which was a very long bus ride almost 30-35mins or more. Was very... More

Super fun place to go with the little ones. Kinda seems a little run down but it's been around forever. I wished that there was more signage to help first timers find their way around. The paper map was destroyed in 5 minutes with a 2 year old.

Storybook has undergone significant changes- the storybook theme is far less significant as the park has turned more to activity centered. They still have the carousel and miniature train. They have also turned to an all season park and have added ice skating to the venue. The skating takes place on "The Trail" which is a continuous loop that winds its... More

We used to frequent this place when I was a kid! It's still around - but its had a major face lift in recent years. My own kids played here when they were younger. It's a well maintained, well run park that requires an admission fee. The larger city park in which Storybook Gardens is located is very beautiful. We... More

This was the first time I had been been to Storybook Gardens in several years. To be honest, I was afraid I would not like it as mush as I had before. But wow - was I ever surprised! It is absolutely beautiful and there is so much for the kids to do! It is extremely well kept and the... More
