The Wolfe Islander is a small but good ferry, on time and cost free. Get out of your car and go to a viewing room where you can be cozy no matter how cold the weather. Washrooms are adequate.

Nothing much to do in the island during winter. There's only ferry available to Wolfe Island in winter and it's free! Services are frequent - departs hourly from Kingston, near the City Hall.

Just take a trip over to Wolfe Island and back on the same ferry. Great way to spend an hour in Kingson and a great water view of the City. Just don't tell the government how much you enjoyed it or they'll start charging a fee!!!!

This is a great free way to view Kingston's waterfront, Old Fort Henry, RMC, the Martello Towers and more. Board the ferry at the docks on Ontario street near The Tragically Hip Way just past the Tim Horton's. If you are just visiting the other side then park your car and walk on. When you get to the other side... More

If you've got some free time in Kingston, hop on the Wolfe Islander III ferry. It's a free ride that drops you off in the little village on the island where you can have a nice walk around (or drive if you bring your car along). There are a couple of places for a bite or a drink and then... More

For the best view of Kingston and it's famous attractions grab a front row seat on the Wolfe Island Ferry. Sit back, cool off, and relax. Located at the bottom of Queen Street in downtown, you can drive, bike, or walk on, it's free and will cruise by the Royal Military College, Old Fort Henry and Kingston City Hall. You'll... More

Thank you Canada for the ferry boat service to and from Wolfe Island and Kingston. The ferry must handle 50+ cars and unlimited pedal and foot passengers. Beautiful view into Kingston of a great waterfront and into Wolfe Island of multiple wind towers.
