Take the ferry across the lake to the island and it is like visiting a small town far away from Kingston. Viewing the wind turbines is something else(whether you agree with them or not!). More

Relative to the Gulf Islands in BC, there's not much to see and do on Wolfe Island. Big Sandy Bay is great, but the town doesn't provide much...But the ferry is free and scenic (unlike in BC), so makes for a nice day trip! More

You want to go back in time and meet some great people, this is the place. Dreamcatchers B & B....great place to stay. The grill, good food nice people. Earnies for breakfast, the bakery for morning coffee. More

They have a great farm tour, beautiful sandy beach, quiet roads for biking, lovely coves for kayaking, great Bison burgers and sweet potato fries with a view of the water.
