We stumbled across this quaint little beach. It was quite lovely and we had a wonderful stroll down the beach. There were a lot of people there. It was a great find!
Really nice beach, clean and not so crowded. White smooth sand and shallow sweat water. No parking problems.
They are correct ... This beach is Ontario'a best kept secret. Clean sandy beaches. Patrons not allowed to bring food or alcohol and there is a security guard to check bags etc. parking is reasonable $5 for the day. Not many places to eat etc. but you can certainly bring a picnic and have your sandwich in the parking lot.... More

The beach was very clean and had nice sand, water was on the cooler side, but you get used to it quickly. Kids loved the shallow waters and did not mind teh cooler waters. It was fun for all. We spent a good 4 hours there and the kids. There was a parking fee of $5 which is OK.
