beautiful lakefront park and restaurant and the brand new pier makes this a great place for the many events that take place there. Beautifully made naval monuments are a nice sight.

I love being along the Waterfront Trail along Lake Ontario as it is such a beautiful, relaxing view especially right near the Spencer Smith Park in Burlington. I love it there, seeing the Burlington Skyway bridge and over Lake Ontario towards Hamilton and Stoney Creek.

This is such a great trail for sightseeing by bicycle. There's Spencer Smith Park, the lift bridge, and Hutch's for ice cream. It's not a challenging terrain, but that just means you can confidently look around at beautiful Lake Ontario, and, if you're lucky, marvel at the engineering as the lift bridge rises and falls. It's a personal favourite of... More

It's funny how many people love so close yet never venture down to the waterfront. It is a beautiful place with stunning views and loads of places to sit and play. A new playground and splash pad by the visitors centre or a more secluded walk along the trail offers something for everyone. Tip: it is stunning in winter time... More

Beautiful marina walk way with some wonderful views. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area (try the Gelataria for some great Italian gelato). Our younger kids love the play area and the little splash area too. Good fun to be had for all ages. Local food at the food area has got some good food at very reasonable... More

A wonderful newly finished waterfront. A great place to walk, sit and relax. Very clean and not crowded during the week. Lots of restaurants around. Enjoyed a marvellous afternoon with friends in this area.

Good for a stroll or bike ride. It is however a bit crowded on weekends. Within walking distances to several good restaurants nearby, so good for a after-meal walk too.

Very nice strolling the waterfront trails and onto the beach areas. Summer is busy with the kids out of school and lots of families. Amenities such as bathrooms along the way, water play area in Spencer Smith Park, places to buy food and drink. Just lovely sitting on benches taking in the sights of the lake and people watching, and... More

This waterfront trail can be whatever it is you need. A relaxed stroll or a brisk walk or run. Have done this walk before sunset as well as at dusk. One can enjoy the late evening breezes walking along a well defined path.
