Great evening event to watch the sun set, go for a walk, bike ride, rollerblading etc. Dog lovers... take your do ( on leash on coarse) . If you go in the summer try for after 6:00 pm to avoid the summer heat . Be sure to grab some ice cream, or cool beverage to beat the heat !

This trail intersects with parks, a beach washrooms and more. It's scenic and runs parallel to Lake Ontario. However, the paved portion is quite narrow and makes it difficult to share the path with the movers, cruisers and walkers alike.

Nice walk, you can find plenty of free parking on Lakeshore Road. You can walk along the shore or along the paved trail which you will share with many cyclists. Walking towards the pier there was a beer festival being held on the left and at the pier is a nice pub, Beaver and Bulldog within the Waterfront Hotel. They... More

The Burlington Waterfront Trail offers a great place to relax by the lake with a view of the big Hamilton Bridge that motorists normally drive over when visiting Niagara Falls. This is a superb place to walk, take the children or even swim. Munir Daya

I agree with most others here that The City has done a great job in creating this trail. My only complaints arethat if you plan on driving down to the trail for a picnic or a coffee break beware! The parking lot is a combination of gravel and dirt. The dust is awful. Don't go down with a newly cleaned... More

Lovely trail, the city has/is doing a great job with this. Walk or bike ride, the trail goes right along the lake shore and up to the break wall.
