I went to the Rib & Roll in Gage Park and I can see this is a nice park in the downtown (although I received an unwarranted city parking ticket which i will fight). This event I attended has far outgrown this little Park. not enough space for vendors, lines too long (40 mins wait for a rack of ribs)... More

A well cared for park area with a spectacular gazebo for musical events, weddings or just hanging out. The park hosts special community events and has a circular ice rink/pathway during the winter. This is a really special family destination ideal for a picnic.

Great place for an outdoor winter skate winding through the trees with kids or couples. Summertime fun with many styles of bands on certain nights or events. The Rib Fest is a good time with different restaurants set up serving their food. The food is a little pricey though considering served on a styrofoam plate with plastic utensils, when compared... This beautiful park boast a lovely gazebo that sits centre stage of the walking path in summer and the skating ring in winter. There is always something going on at Gage Park. Whether it be the splash pads for the kids, music in the park or Rib N' Roll during the warmer months or skating and hot chocolate and horse... More

Can get packed with people, though. The ice conditions are amazing for an outdoor 'rink' (it's more of a loop than a rink). This is the prettiest spot in Brampton.

Gage Park is a must to see especially at night when the lights light up the park. There is always something going on at Gage Park whether is be skating, carriage rides in the winter or concerts in the Summer, they also have the farmers market every Saturday in the summer months. Vern

A wonderful park for a summer weekend when there is often entertainment or family activities. In winter a great place for an evening skate around the park.

Gage park is much more than that.... It's a decent free place to walk, roller blade or just relax. It has a nice gazebo situated near the Center of the path. The winter is when we visit most as the trail surrounding the park is transformed to an artificial ice surface for skating. The tree lighting makes it an enchanting... More
