Went there for a battle of the bands in 2014. I will never go back. Admittedly, I hate country music and the people who like it, so I wasn't going back anyways, but still. To recap: 1. Beer selection consisted of Bud Light, Coors Light and Canadian. That right there says all you need to know about the clientele. 2.... More

The bar itself is a nice size and open concept. Lots of parking downtown. The washrooms are large and seemed clean. The bar staff were friendly and spent some of their night on top of the bar when bought a shot. At one of the bars I was able to run a tab. The opposite bar however only takes cash... More

Annoying place. I guess if you were 19 and wanted to drink in a barn with half a dozen steroid users watching you it would be good. Not an enjoyable place.

My girl and I just attended our second Rock 95 Toy Drive concert at the Ranch. We opted for VIP tickets this year to see the Trews, but won't waste our money again in the future. There is very little parking available in the VIP back lot. The "premium" bars don't have any better of a selection over the GA... More

My common-law husband , me and three other couples were lucky enough to have won passes to the 2014 Rock 95 birthday bash held at the Ranch. We were all having a good time until out of the blue my husband, who NEVER embarrases himself from drinking too much or causes ANY problems EVER was asked to follow a security... More

Halloween party was epic. We had a blast and will be there again. Staff were a blast and did their best to make sure the experience was great. Well done to the staff and management. I will be going again.

Everything about this bar was fun. The music was great and the prices were really reasonable. I will definitely return.

One of my favourite spots to go out at night in Barrie. Wear plaid, cowboy boots, cowboy hat...dress the part for a country bar! Majority younger crowd, 19-25 on average I would say. However, I am 28 and did not feel out of place. There were some middle aged groups of men and women as well. Best bartender is the... More
