The resort has made improvements on outside amenities. We were there over Canada Day. The landscaping is really pretty. The time share units are another matter. The only A/C unit is in the living room in the Pines units. That makes the living room to cold if any of the other rooms are cooled at all. The bedroom on the... More

What a beautiful resort! A perfect place for summer or winter. Even in the fall it would be breathtakingly beautiful. The units are well appointed with a full kitchen, a fireplace and even a washer/dryer. It is very clean and well maintained. The only drawback (and it's a complete deal breaker), is that the beds are REALLY small! The master... More

We had our annual Spring Civitan convention here this past weekend. The staff were amazingly helpful for any requests. The food was hot fresh and gourmet prepared from the chicken to the maple glazed salmon. The rooms were spotless whether you were in the main hotel or one of the condos. Food and bar prices at the resort were reasonable... More

Some friends and I just returned from a few days of skiing at this resort, with happy grins on our faces. Our main purpose was to ski and we were well rewarded with a nice variety of hills and spectacular views. There are plenty runs for every ability. The hotel room was clean and spacious. There were no rowdy guests or noise-makers... More

My family, and extended family (ten adults and six children), just spent a wonderful Family Day weekend at Calabogie Peaks resort. We had a ton a fun during our 3 day/2 night stay and enjoyed many activities, including downhill and cross-country skiing, tubing, skating and swimming. We enjoyed the hospitality of all of the staff at Calabogie Peaks. Holly, who... More

After realizing we incorrectly booked at our resort in Calabogie, the night before, we were able to get a room at Calabogie Peaks. It was actually quite convenient seeing as we were planning on skiing here the next day. The resort is located at the bottom of the ski hill. You can ski directly from some of the rooms to... More

We (myself, adult, and 3 kids - 14, 10, and 3 years old) skied here twice this past week (first week in January 2014) and really enjoyed the hill. I am rating this against the other options in Ontario, living 3 hours away from Calabogie and 3 hours away form the ski resorts in Central Ontario. The lift tickets at... More

This resort has seen better days. It's clean with comfortable beds. We booked a sleeps 6 unit through lnterval International Getaways, but there is only seating for 4 in the living room. The floors are cold and are so uneven that that bathroom door won't close. Several light bulbs were burnt out. The wind was howling through the front door... More

I snowboard here every weekend in the winter because it is the closest one to me. The mountain is well kept and the snow is usually pretty good. It's a great hill to grow up learning on with about an 800ft. vertical drop. Even if you're not a beginner there's enough to keep you active and satisfied. I'm excited to... More

Where do you start with this sorry "resort." Hot tub is broken, the pool is a joke, the outside of our unit was pitch black - very dangerous. The cable TV did not work for the week that we were there. The patio furniture was in terrible shape and the room tiny and non-descript. The "Continental Breakfast" was shameful -... More
