Educational, funny, informative all in one amphibious place. Definitely worth having a go. You get information on the city, to see various landmarks, and also get a view from the harbor.

This was an entertaining way to see the city..our guide was funny and fun and informative. It's kinda cool to start on land...go in the water as a boat see some of the harbour and come back on land again..all of us enjoyed it:-)

Our family had a great time on the Harbour Hopper tour. It was a sunny August day and our tour guide was witty and informative. The vehicle started out by ascending to the top of the hill where the fort overlooking the city was. We even saw some random Star Wars stormtroopers walking around the fort. From there, the view... This was the perfect family outing. A little something for all ages. My husband and I loved learning about the city while the children loved driving in this big machine, especially on the water. It was just so much fun!

My husband and I took the tour on an almost perfect day. Beautiful, hot, clear, and sunny. We really wanted to see the city without walking the steep hills. We've gone on many tours so were not expecting more than a brief journey with a pleasant guide describing the sites. When the driver came on board he introduced "Kayleigh", saying... More

A great way for new people to Halifax to see the highlights from land and sea! We had an outstanding and engaging tour guide that was well versed in the history of the area with a lot of great stories. The tour is the perfect length (1hr) and you see a lot of stuff during that time.

Great way to start your trip in Halifax, but please let's lower the prices. If you're on a budget, you CANNOT go here. $29.99 per adult for the tour. In other cities it is around $18. Even London, England with a lot more to see is cheaper. Do it if you have the money, but not for the average traveler.... More

Tour route - OK. Tour length - OK. Booking and boarding - OK. Guide - quite nice, enthusiastic and cheerful but... beyond few OK jokes - all juvenile groaners! we do like to knock down Toronto and US, perhaps a bit too much. Missed opportunity! thin on facts about city, harbour, history, present. Disappointing tour not worth the money!

From the ticket-buying process to the end of the tour, the process of taking this tour was a delight. The amphibious vehicle can go from land to water which gave us a fantastic view of the city from all angles. Fun, easy and informative -- the guide was great and this is a "must do" for those who want a... More
