We went on the hopper with family while visiting and it was very informative and a lot of fun. Cool vehicle and Kristy was a true gem with a great sense of humor (our tour guide).

Very informative and entertaining. Get a feel for the history of Halifax, and what to see and do in town. Caution: hard to climb onto if elderly, can be a bumpy ride. Guide really makes the tour worthwhile.

My husband and I recently took a Duck Boat tour in Seattle, Washington and loved it so we thought we would try the similar your in Halifax. We were very disappointed! Expensive, short, not informative. Try another tour, don't waste your time or money.

The Harbour Hopper tour was so much fun. You ride in special vehicles that can go and land and in the water. The tours go frequently and there is a chalkboard outside the kiosk on the waterfront walk that tells you what times tours are available so that you can sign up as a last minute decision. Originally thought this attraction was very gimmicky but the kids talked us into going on. Glad they did, great tour on land and from water. Great information about area history. This should be one of the first things you do in Halifax to get the lay of the land. A bit pricey but worth it in the end.

We took the Harbour Hopper Tour last week, it was interesting, educational and most of it FUN. We waited 45 minutes for scheduled tour to arrive, but it was Worth it. Nice tour of the Citadelle, the City Streets and the bay, next to the CDN forces port. I recommend this to people that like to know Halifax, the tour... More
