I lived in Halifax for three years back in the 90's, and the Lower Deck was ALWAYS the place to be for great beer, great music, and decent prices. Obviously over the years it has acquired a reputation as a "must go" place for all newcomers and visitors. Unfortunately, I think the owners are taking advantage of this waaay too... more
