We bought a pass this year because my grandchildren love going to the park. We have been there three time this month. Great swimming and picnic area. The animals were active when we were there because we went early and it was a cloudy day. All the animals looked healthy and well cared for. The only thing I would change... More

My husband and I recently got married and while we were in the planning stages were trying to find a location that would allow us the freedom to build a fire (we wanted to roast a pig on a spit), do our own catering, etc. and overall have a super fun weekend with family and friends. We tried a number... More

We went with our friends and their toddler and we had a great experience! Friendly staff, clean environment, lots to do and reasonable prices. There are lots of upgrades in progress to the animal enclosures but the trail was still so much fun and lots of animals were out for us to see. Overall a great day but we all... More

I don't really want to give this place a bad review as they are trying to keep it going and it seems have been struggling for almost 20 years. But don't expect too much if you come here. We wanted to see a moose, having not seen one on the trails in the National Park and heard so many people... More

Where to begin. Perhaps with the fact that the entire park was incredibly unkempt. Most of the enclosures were overgrown, meaning what few animals were actually housed in their enclosures were difficult if not impossible to see. Adding to that the long grass made it a haven for insects. My friends and I were turned into a meal for mosquitoes.... More

We at the park apologize that you did not enjoy your visit with us. We will take what you have said into consideration and be sure to improve our park in all possible ways. We pride ourselves on being a wildlife park not a zoo. Our enclosures often feature a fair amount of growth so that our animals may feel... More

I saw the sign for Two Rivers Wildlife Park when I was on my way to Louisbourg to see the Fortress. I made a note to go back to the Wildlife Park another day if there was time. The next day, after visiting the Cape Breton Miners Museum, we got back on the highway & headed to Two Rivers Wildlife... More

I love the wildlife park. So many local animals. My family goes several times a year, but our favourite visits are on Boxing Day to say thank you to the reindeer for all of their hard work, and in the spring when all the babies are born. THis was the first time I have ever seen wolf puppies!

I take my children to the wildlife park anywhere from 4-6 times a year. If yuo want to get the most of the day, go early (as soon as the park opens) while the animals are feeding and active. Take a picnic. there are lots of tables and it is a really fun family outing.

We have come here several times and thought it was fun for an afternoon. Most of the time it seemed that the animals were hiding, so we didn't get to see all animals. Last summer was our first visit that we saw all of them, so that was very impressive and enjoyable. It's best to go with spring to early... More
