The information provided here is a great place to start your visit to Yellowknife. The staff are knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction to get the most out of your visit. Do visit the display at the back of the centre as it gives you a brief over view of the the area.

Terrific, knowledgeable, friendly people, very helpful. Even though quite busy at times, there is usually someone available to assist. Packed with pamphlets and material on accommodations, tours and sightseeing destinations; lovely walkway with exhibits; interactive Aurora information; nice gift & souvenir store. Overall a wonderful resource to help you get around and have a memorable stay in YK.
