I love taking pictures of nature, and gardens, so when I heard that St. John's had a botanical garden, I just had to go. With it being the start of October when I visited the garden, I didn't expect to see much, but I thought with the rock garden, pond and nature trails, it would make for a nice scenic... more

Definitely worth a visit! There are great gardens with lots of trails and nice exhibits here. The nature center is also very well done with pictures and information about the local wildlife and plants. Also, make sure & check the web site for activities. I'm an avid bird watcher & found that they happened to have a bird walk at... more

This is a well planned botanical garden that has matured nicely. Staff are friendly and knowledgeble. Plants are well labeled and represent a wide diversity. Lots of hands-on exhibits inside to amuse younger visitors and enlighten the "young at heart". Lovely tea room on the premesis also. more
