Went for the kitchen party and a small dinner (as they advertised grub available and one review said there was chilli by donation)... There was no food and no where to sit

Two tour guides offered a delightful and hilarious history of the brewery, and the sampling of four or five brews in a room with maybe 20 other visitors. It was definitely a presentation that encouraged audience participation! If you go, definitely do the tasting and not just the tour. If it's there, the Winter Ale is a very special seasonal... More

We did not go on the brewery tour, but we did attend the beer tasting which also provides a history of the brewery and surrounding area. Each of their beers has an interesting story. Oh, and you also get to sample about eight terrific beers. We highly recommend it if you like beer.

The tour started with an informative and entertaining session with tastings of the various brews available. We finished with a quick walk through of the facility

Working brewery in a very scenic spot very close to Saint Johns. This area has a guard house from a long ended war. They reenact what occurred here a few hundred years ago. Brewery staff was very accommodating. Hope you enjoy your visit here.

...was here a thousand years ago - and his spirit lives in one of the products of Quidi Vidi brewery. A small brewery in a typical Newfoundland scenery. The tour is interesting and is finished by an one hour taste and humorous storytelling session in the bar upstairs. A very nice experience - and the beer is fantastic!

It was a pretty decent tour. I arrived a little late and they allowed me to join. For a reasonable price, they go over their history, allowed you to sample 5 beers, and finally give you a tour around the building. I got lucky and one of the workers slipped me a free Iceberg beer.

Quick information session and taste testing of the types of beers offered in the brewery followed by a tour of how the beer is made. Located next to Quidi Vidi Gut where there is beautiful scenery and only minutes away from the walking trail around the lake. If you are here around meal time, Mallard Cottage offers a traditional NL... More

You must try all the beer. Parking can be a pain so be prepared but it is well worth the view and trip here. The Blue Iceberg beer bottles are very unique. One of the smoothest lagers I have tasted to date in my worldly travels. A Must Visit if you like to support local Micro Brewers.
