I went to the theatre for the Gordon Lightfoot concert. The concert hall is amazing and full of history, and it has great acoustics to compliment it as well. The only nitpick is that it does seem a little small.

We caught a Classic Albums Live concert (Bat out of Hell) here in October. The theatre has been beautifully restored (with lots of community support evident). The seats were comfortable. The acoustics were great. There didn't seem to be anywhere with a blocked view. Lobby space l

It is well worth the stop if you have time to see a great building beautifully preserved. Great detail and beautiful colors.

Great little old theatre but seems like new, this is truly the Gem of Saint John. If in Saint John always check out their web site for shows, great prices and always fun. www.imperialtheatre.nb.ca/

We went and saw a wonderful performance. The actors/actresses were wonderful people from toronto and Saint John and I would reccomend going to the Imperial theatre to anyone. They have shows for young children right through to seniors.

I went on a school field trip to the Imperial Theatre during the year of it's grand reopening in 1994. I was 10 years old and I still remember looking up in awe at the huge chandelier! The amazing acoustics and beautiful architecture make every concert or show an amazing and unique experience. I wish there were more shows there... More
