Our family was very pleased with the private tour we took with Roy. We visited many places we would never have found on our own! We never felt rushed and he allowed us to spend as little or as much time we wanted at each stop. He even brought us directly to our campground at the end of the day.... More

It's been awhile since my girlfriends and I took our tour with Roy, but I haven't forgotten a single detail because it was so much fun. For our 40th birthdays, the girls and I decided on a cruise to celebrate. Although the cruise was fine, our day with Roy MADE the vacation. His tour was less expensive than those booked... More

Our group of 6 friends travelling together, booked the 6 hour tour with Roy, months in advance. He was very good at answering my emails with all the questions I had. The nice thing was we didn't have to pay anything until the tour. Roy was prompt with our pick up from our cruise ship, and very proud of the... More

The only good thing I can say about our day in St. John was that Donny was on time for the pickup. We were taken to a gas station and told to take a break while Don and Roy spent 20 minutes having a laugh and a smoke - while we waited in the van. We were told our trip... More

We had Donny for a driver and he is a character. Laid back guy who knows his history stuff. Spent more time in St John than we would have wanted so we didn't get as much time to see the Sea Caves and St Martins. Reversing rapids are awesome to see but you don't need too much time there. I... More

We had a tour booked with an associate of Roy's. He arrived, late Ina ban that needed new tires and registration before it could proceed according to a law officer. We opted out, didn't seem safe and the officer agreed because he had already warned him earlier that morning.

We came into St. John, NB off of a Norwegian cruise and booked a 6 hr tour thru Roy's. Roy was not available so his associate Steve gave us two couples the tour. Steve showed us around the city sites and then Bay of Fundy, reversing falls, and other picturesque places. Steve was very knowledgeable, down to earth, easy to... More

Douglas Avenue Museum Lancaster Avenue Haunted House Martello Tower Old Black River Duck Cove Bay of Fundy These were a few of the places I visited on my trip to New Brunswick. We purchased a 6-hour tour from Roy's Tours after arriving from our cruise ship and met with our wonderful tour guide Sayed. (If you ever book with them,... More

We used Roys Tours http://www.roystours.webs.com/, but would not recommend it. Roy's banter failed to emphasize the noteworthy aspects of the town and surrounding areas, and he opined about political issues inappropriately, displaying an unsavory racist intolerance. We didn't really see the Bay of Funday tides because of the timing of our trip in connection with high/low tides, and basically didn't... More

We booked a tour with Roy's tours and he mentioned that he was already booked, but recommended an associate. There were 6 adults in our group. The "associate" showed up in an old van, with dirty seats and the "check engine" light on. The first segment of the tour was a "city tour" which was not at all impressive. The... More
