A great zoo representing a wide variety of animals from around the world. Well laid out park, with plenty to see for old and young alike.

This is one of the best zoo's. It is amazing to see all the species of animals they have. I go every year and always seem to see something different each time. It is a very well kept zoo and my family loves it.

Of course, this zoo is fairly small because of where it is located, but it has a tremendous selection of animals from several continents, including kid favorites lions and tigers. They have worked hard to get away from cages over the last 10 years, and now really have a much more animal friendly zoo (which of course is a bit... More

Moncton is not a very large city but this zoo punches way above its weight class. There is constant improvement to the animal areas and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A number of summer programs are available for "Jr. zookeepers" which are great and the kids seem to enjoy them. If you are looking to spend an entertaining... More

You really feel as if your car is rolling up hill; yet you are on a descending hill. It is worth the $5. The zoo is small but you can get up close to the animals.

I'm an animal lover and zoo's make me cry. It's just such a pity to see such SAD animals in CAGES with HUMANS screaming and saying : LION LION look at me. Lion. Damn, i would never go back. Went there actually in 2003. Never went back.

We went as a family to Moncton Zoo and had a wonderful day. The Zoo is clean and tidy and well looked after. The kids enjoyed seeing all the animals. There is also a kiosk where they can get their faces painted which I think is a little pricey, but it's a one off. (My concern with a Zoo is... More

We love the zoo. They are working hard every year to improve habitats. Only complaint is the lunch hut. Some healthier fare would be nice. Even just a selection of cold sandwiches, for those who don't want deep fried everything.

We arrived around 9 AM, paid our entry fee, and followed the instructions. It was nice being early as it enabled me to try out the hill several times. You think and feel that you are driving down hill, but once the car is stopped and placed in neutral, you begin moving backward "up" the hill.
