Fill your vending machines

Great zoo, layed out well, only problem was NONE of the vending machines had drinks in them, and it was 42 degrees outside.

Went with our two kids, 10 and 12. 10 year old especially loved it. Our favourite was the big cats, although we were disturbed to see all of them pacing repeatedly, which we had heard was a sign of mental disturbance in enclosed animals. The enclosures looked very clean and we really liked how close you could get to the... More

Not kept up well. Has been several years since there and things seem to have home down hill. Guinea pigs and rabbits are not usually zoo animals and for cost we expected more exotic animals.. They don't even have a bench inside the building with airconditioning for a disabled person to sit and rest after walking the zoo. The only... More

We went to the zoo on a very hot day, but it was beautiful. They had lots of pop/water machines but he were all out of order, just our luck! But they did have a concession stand which we were able to buy drinks and food. The zoo is very clean and not a thing is out of place, I... More

My family and I were here in August. My husband and I aren't really zoo people but the kids wanted to go. It seemed like this zoo must participate in a breeding program most of the enclosures had a male and female with a baby. They had some pretty neat animals and it was a good learning experience for the... More

Lots to see and do at Magnetic Hill Zoo! Lots of walking so I do recommend a good pair of shoes. I was impressed with how well the animals are taken care of. They have everything they need and lots of space. The staff is very informative and friendly! The food is great and I would definitely visit again :)

Took the grandchildren to the Magnetic Hill Zoo. It is clean and well laid out. It took us most of the morning to get through the whole place. Very enjoyable.

This is our 2nd time at the zoo and every time we go, there is something new. Whether it be a new exhibit or animal. The zoo is very clean and well run. Definitely a place to take your children for the day.
