Recognized as one of Canada’s top 10 community markets, the Fredericton...

Recognized as one of Canada’s top 10 community markets, the Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market is the City’s traditional Saturday morning (6am-1pm) gathering spot downtown for fresh and healthy foods, craft, creativity and conversation. With more than 250 indoor and outdoor local suppliers from along the St. John River Heritage Corridor and across the Province, The Market (as it’s known here) is the place to discover seasonal products like fiddleheads and blueberries , ultra-fresh produce, including organics, meats & seafood, cakes & confections, breads, cheeses & homemade jams, fresh-squeezed juices & New Brunswick wines, artisan chocolates, specialty coffees & beans. Ethnic delicacies, from Chinese buns to Lebanese stuffed grape leaves and the City’s famous samosas, are also a big part of The Market tradition. A vibrant space with one-of-a-kind gifts, colourful and quirky, finds include pottery, jewellery, paintings, textiles and lawn sculptures. Breakfast is served up on site, either inside from the restaurant or outside in either of our two Food Alleys where it’s falafel sandwiches and buffalo burgers galore.

If you looking for New Brunswick grown veggies the same price or better then in the grocery stores, this is the place to come. I really like the German rye bread from the Rudolph Bakery, what for a change to non tasting wonder bread!

Every Saturday morning we visit the Market to pick up six samosas each which we take back to Tim Hortons for a coffe and samosa breakfast :) ! There are many other wonderful food vendors there as well. Love the different kinds of cheese available as well !

For a lot of people one thing comes to mind when they think of spending a weekend in Freddy.. the MARKET!!! So many good vendors, delicious food, and crafty things to buy. The only downside it can be very very packed indoors but as to be expected with such a fantastic market. Highly recommend.

What better way to start your weekend than by having breakfast at the Boyce Farmers Market? So many food options to choose from if actual breakfast is not want you want. Fresh meats, cheese, vegetables and baked goods. Fresh squeezed juices and so much more. It is a local favorite that never gets old.

Not sure why I haven't written about the market before. When visiting family in the area we always go and have been for 25+ years. The spring and summer vendors selling flowers, garden veggies and well made crafts. The fall and winter (especially near the holidays) fills your senses with sites and aromas. Consistently a variety of food to eat... More

The Fredericton Farmer's Market is a busy spot on Saturday mornings. Lots of people and a good spot to both socialize and pick up fresh and unique items. The regular vendors always have the seasonal fresh items such as strawberries, blueberries, con on the cobb etc. There are fresh flowers in the summer and fresh Christmas trees and wreaths in...
