The last time we were at Grand beach 3 feet onto shore was green and slimy from Algae. The water frothed with in as well. My son was seriously dissapointed. We ended up sitting in the shade and enjoying our picnic lunch, but we hesitate to go back the in case of a repeat. More

Visited Grand Beach Campground during the week in June and we had the whole bay to ourselves which was awesome! I expect it would be very busy on weekends.
