This is an absolute must do if you are in Winnipeg. We chose to explore this park on three separate occasions and each was a unique and fun experience. Our first night we headed to Adventure Playground and it did not disappoint. The set up of this park is fantastic with plenty to keep kids entertained. Our kids are 7... More

Very nice zoo with well cared for animals, buildings, and grounds. Helpful staff. The displays were insightful. We didn't have time to see it all, but we would go back if we ever get to Winnipeg again.

I have visited this park many times over the last 40 years and have never been disappointed. There are many areas to choose from, with many options of activities. The bike paths are great, the non-paved paths are especially fun for the young teen crowd (this includes older teens and young adults as well). The new playground for the children... More

Things are always changing at our zoo and there is always something new to see each year. This year they added a new polar bear enclosure and we were also able to see wolves for the first time. I've been to many zoos in many cities and always rate ours one of the best I've seen. There is a fair... More

A park absolutely to visit during a stay in Winnipeg. An extremely beautiful internal greenhouse waits for you on arrival. Afterward, your walk will guide you around the garden and the sculptures of Léo Mol, an Ukrainian sculptor, of whom some are magnificent. Your visit will continue with the Pavillon Museum where some paintings will charm you. A park for... More

Some nice things are still FREE ! Park has no entrance fee - they even provide FREE shuttle bus to get you around. We only visited the English Gardens and the Leo Mol Sculptures. We had a relaxing lunch at Terrace 55 - a little pricey but we were in a very nice, glass pavilion. Next time, we would like... More

Very nice park with lots of open space and activities for kids, hiking trails, and museum. There is a relatively new upscale restaurant in the park - the Terrace in the Park. Nice place for a meal with outdoor seating

Such a beautiful atmosphere! Go early in the morning so that you can check everything out: the zoo is always a treat, as well as Leo Mol Garden (statue and flower garden park). There's also a music, and quite often tents set up with [musical/or other] entertainment!
