A group of friends and I chose to do the zodiac tour, and when the day came there were high seas, high winds, and very cold rain. All our tourists cancelled but our tour guide was eager and willing to take us out regardless! We saw so many pods of whales up close and personal as well as 3 polar... More

Loved both the Beluga & Fort tour & the Kayaking tour. Enjoyed our time out to see the belugas & the visit to the Prince of Wales Fort was fascinating, thanks to the wonderful tour guide, Andrea. We enjoyed learning about the Belugas too, Remy was excellent at providing us information about the whales. The kayaking was a lot of... More

Sea North has different levels of experiences for experiencing the whales. I would recommend the snorkeling as that is what I had my 4 kids (12-18) do. Kayaking for my older two was considered and I think they would have loved that as everyone that did the Kayaking loved it. As far as the tour of the fort and whales,... More

When planning our trip to Churchill in late July/early August, many told us we would be lucky to see a polar bear. Not true! We took two zodiac tours with Sea North, and also a kayaking tour with the beluga's. Each experience was informative, and memorable! As fun as the zodiac was, I do recommend kayaking, to get a real,... More

We went on a Zodiac trip with Alex and wer well adviced to wear weather proof jackets and pants - even in July is the Hudson Bay spray quite a chill! Finding Beluga whales was not challenge at all for our guide - there were plenty of them in the river outlet. Unbelievable views and great photo shots even while... More

Super day out on the Churchill River with our guide Alex. Must say I was a little apprehensive about going out on the water in the zodiac, but Alex very capably handled the conditions and was entertaining, provided lots of interesting information on the beluga whales, their habits and the area. Was thrilled with this tour - it was nothing... More

despite weather problems, this company works with you to get you out on the water via Zodiak, boat, kayak. or snorkel when it's safe. They keep someone with you at all times and help guide you to the beluga whales. It's has a first class crew ! Many thanks for fabulous times during our week there.

Snorkled on the river and brought to a location where our chances to see belugas was best, these guides know there stuff. Our first 30 minutes in the water was too much, a pod of about a dozen whales kept us company and entertained. Mother whale with her baby (likely less than amonth old) passed by several times within two... More

During my stay in Churchill, the weather was very bad, yet, Louise tried everything to accommodate people, make it right for everyone, which is not possible for Beluga whale watching with 70dm/h winds outside! There is nothing she can do about the weather and I know, if there was anything she could have done, she would have! Family owned LOCAL... More

We booked two tours with Louise at Sea North and could not be happier with our experience. They are a family owned and run company and are extremely knowledgable and passionate about what they do. We took the estuaries tour into the Churchill river and found ourselves in the middle of literally hundreds of Beluga whales and the operator was... More
