I booked my Nat Hab trip thru Expedition Trips in Seattle. They are an agent for Natural Habitat . They were recommended by former Conde' Nast writer, Wendy Perrin. Great choice. Ashton and his team were super to work with and communicated well. Nat Hab uses Great White Tours on the tundra and they too did a great job in... More

I went twice with them in a week's time and both the time I realized they took us to the same place for bear sighting which was right in front of their lodges which indicated as if they provide food to them like pets which they claim not to be and the guide and the driver did not make any... More

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our tours, but thrilled that you did in fact see the Polar Bears. Our Guides are properly trained and it is our Company policy to allow the Polar Bears to approach us in their own habitat vs us chasing after them, especially Moms and Cubs. We must stress the fact that... More

I had put off going to Churchill as the tundra buggies did not look very inviting but how wrong l was. We booked through Natural Habitat which is a brilliant outfit who use Great White Bear Tours and we had 3 days of perfect viewing. Stu our driver was not only a great spotter of wildlife of all sorts but... More

We did not enjoy this experience. From the time we joined the tundra buggy and were taken out on the tundra the first stop was out by their accommodation trailers where they knew the bears were because they were looking for food, we saw a couple of bears and the for the rest of the trip most of the bear... Dear Brian, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our tour. Our guides and drivers are highly trained individuals with extensive knowledge of the bears and areas. One of the highlights for our customers is in spotting the bears themselves, rather than having the guides point them out. Many times our drivers do go out to the... More

There may be other tour companies in Churchill but from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Great White Bear Tours took care of everything. I can see why Natural Habitat Adventures uses them exclusively. The drivers, the accommodations, all were top notch

We directly booked two tours with the company nine months before the actual tour. The online booking was a breeze and it took like 10 minutes to get a confirmation. However, getting a payment receipt took a few email follow-ups. The Tour: We were picked up from our B&B and transferred to the launch site by a bus. In general,... More

This trip run by Great White Bears (GWB) was excellent. All the Tundra buggies had sufficient space for each group. We had a general driver from GWB named  Arnar aka R.N.R  who was excellent, professional, had a good sense of humour and a gentleman. He was very knowledgeable of the history of Churchill.  He was driving us around Churchill and... More

We stayed in the Tundra Lodge and GWB Tours provided the Polar Rovers and driver for our Natural Habitat tour. Magnificent service, gourmet chef, very knowledge driver who helped us find polar bears and other wildlife. Excellent experience overall. I would love to come back

Great White Bear Tours provides transportation to the tundra for Natural Habitat. We were on the photography tour, which means fewer people in the polar rover. You have your own seat and window with plenty of room to move around. Our driver, Ward, was outstanding. The first day we saw so many polar bears that they were telling us to... More

Extremely well run. Our guide was very knowledgable and organized. Hotel in Winnipeg fabulous! Ft. Garry.. Interesting learning about the area of Churchill and the bears. If I were to do again, I would stay at Tundra Lodge or do a split between Churchill Motel stay and Tundra Lodge. The Tundra Lodge is situated where they expect bears to congregate... More
