My wife and I headed up to the Scandinave Spa on a Monday......with (high) expectations. For 2 of us to use the baths and rent robes it was just shy of $150. The first thing we both (surprisingly) noticed, was that everything was dirty or worn. The men's change room was disgusting....it looked and smelled like a high school locker... More

A magical place at night, a real haven! There is a no talking rule here which is lovely couple that with a snowy evening and hot pools (as well as very cold ones) and you've got a piece of heaven. Magical place to come and unwind!

Great experience of the outdoor hot and cool pools and relax areas, you need to spend all afternoon here to have a rest from skiing. Looked nice at night time with the firepits and lights. We all had excellent massages, silence policy in spa area is hard to obey and think this should be made a quiet area as sometimes... More

I loved the silence policy and the natural surroundings of the Scandinavian baths. A wonderful way to decompress and good value considering that you can stay as long as you like! I only wish that the areas for the "relaxation" part of the bath experience (solariums/terraces/etc) were a bit warmer.

We spent a weekday afternoon/evening here and it was fabulous. We have been to a number of thermal pool and bath houses in various places, and this is one of the best. One thing that was a huge plus for us: no children! Only people over 19 years old are allowed. And silence is required. It sounds strict and harsh,... More

My man & I visited the Scandinave Spa last night for a couples massage followed by a visit to their outdoor spa area. The sauna, steam room, cold & hot pools and relaxation areas are wonderful. The spa is very well thought out and is really a treat to visit. Highly recommended.

My wife and I arranged for a baby sitter to watch our two young girls so that we could spoil ourselves with a pre-Christmas massage and bath experience. To say that our expectations were exceeded would be an understatement as it was absolute bliss (yes even for the dude!). Following up a massage with the baths was not only relaxing... More

I've had quite a few massages in various spa environments and have to say that this rates among the best. Not only was the massage excellent (given by Susan P.) but the spa itself and the experience of the "hot/cold/relaxation method" was wonderful. To be outside in the winter air with snow all around, enjoying the hot tubs, cold dips... More

This was our 3rd visit to the spa. We've been twice in the winter and once during the summer. If you are in Whister at winter it is a must. During the summer it could be missed as the hot outdoor baths just don't have the same appeal - I would recommend a day pass to one of the hotel... More

1. Bring your own beach sandals, or prepare to pay a gauging price for a cheap-looking pair; should have been provided like in any other spa 2. There was no coffee in their lounge, only tap water that tasted like stale cukes because "...coffee machine is broken.." , sign looked like it was there for a number of weeks..could have... More

Hello JW_Melb, Thank you for visiting the Scandinave Spa Whistler and for taking the time to share your feedback.
