This lake is lovely in the Winter. I can only imagine with Autumn or Summer it may have added sparkle. There are trails well marked or nature trails around trees and over logs across creeks. Take your pick

My husband and I rented bikes and cycled around the lake. We got lost a LOT! Its very tricky trail system we found but we enjoyed it non the less. We packed a picnic lunch and stopped halfway to enjoy it! They call it Lost Lake for a reason I believe!!

Having gone to Whistler to try skiing and hated it, my husband and I needed to find some places to go and this doesnt disappoint. The walk around the lake takes around an hour and a half, and there are places to stop and sit. The scenery is amazing and the thing i loved about this area of Canada is... More

Simply amazing walk. Beautiful countryside trails are in exceptional shape. You could walk all day if you wanted and not see the same thing twice

Lost Lake trails offer a mix of gradients to suit all abilities. Mountain bikers have some fantastic trails and walkers can follow parallel routes and watch some scary descents unfold. The lake itself can be circumnavigated easily and offers a very peaceful break from the Whistler shopping experience.

A visit to Whistler is not complete without a hike, bike ride, snowshoe or cross country ski around the trails surrounding beautiful Lost Lake. Take a picnic and hang out at the beach on a sunny afternoon to soak it all in.

We obtained a walking trail map from one of the Village information areas and as it was already 2pm decided to do The Lost Lake. The walk took us less than 2 hours. It is on tarmac and then a gravel path clearly marked with maps sign posted along the way. There is a poster giving information on bears however... More

We went to Whistler for sight seeing, and the walks around the lake in winter were loverly, however the is not much wildlife to see at this time of the year as you would expect.
