Myself along with three friends from out of town booked a tee time for yesterday based on my recommendation. I have golfed this course a few times and previously enjoyed it. On the third hole one of the maintenance crew showed up to mow the grass. He failed to stop or shut the machine down even while we were trying... More

I won't try to evaluate the 18-holer because we didn't play it... but it looked lovely. The 9-holer is a bit of a Plain Jane, but a good early season tune-up and very forgiving -- wide and fairly flat. Excellent pricing and very friendly Pro Shop staff. Conditions were pretty good for April... I have never been there in the... More

The course seems to be getting worse and worse every year. It seems like they are skimping on maintaining the course to save money. It is definitely not worth the price they charge. I don't mind the layout and it would be nice if they maintained it better. If you can get it for one of the afternoon or twilight... More

If you are like me, you are always looking for a reasonably priced golf experience where you feel you got more than your money's worth. "Spall" is that course in this area. Polite attentive service, reasonable fees, and a course that is fun, walkable if you want, and a different challenge on each hole. It's the kind of course where... More

This is a wonderful golf course that offers an 18 or 9 hole experience. The course is well kept and the grounds crew are courteous and friendly to all players. The staff in the club house are always welcoming and can usually accomodate a last minute tee time request. Pricing is very reasonable considering you are getting two great courses... More

Excellent value. Challenging 18 hole and 9 hole executive courses. Both courses always in good condition. Very reasonable green fees and consistently good food available.

For a quick nine holes, the Executive course is just the ticket..wide and flat, with few hazards. For the more adventurous, the 18 hole Championship course will not disappoint. Sand traps and water will keep you on your toes. Again, quite flat, so walking the course is not difficult. The restaurant staff are friendly, and the food portions are generous.... More

Nice course, fairly flat and open with the exception of a couple of challenging holes. 18 holes is a nice way to spend the afternoon or the Executive can be played by newer and experienced golfers alike. Watch the weather as sometimes storms can blow in off the lake and they can be nasty - but a great course when... More
