the Victoria Bug Zoo is a tiny but very cute zoo. We enjoyed the information about all the bugs and had a fun afternoon there.

The Bug Zoo is perfect for a birthday party. We have been guests and have hosted a school aged birthday party at the bug zoo. They have a medium sized room for cake and snacks. The actual Bug zoo is amazing and not for the faint of heart. You will be able to pick up some of the bugs and... More

This is the first insect zoo I've visited and I was thoroughly impressed. Sasha gave a wonderful tour and was extremely knowledgable. I learned so many fascinating things about the various exotic insects they have.

They have lots of bugs on display from around the world. The guides are very knowledgeable and you have the opportunity to hold many of the bugs. I held a tarantula...!

Small place but the two staff, Matt and Ash provided us with interesting and informative talks about the insects they have there. I enjoyed a couple of hours there listening to the two talk about and hold many of the bugs they have, an excellent way to spend a few hours.

My sons uncle took us to the bug zoo and I think I may have enjoyed it more than my son did (he's 12). They have a fancy array of different insects including ants, crickets, millipedes, stick bugs, scorpions and tarantulas. I even braved HOLDING a tarantula (and it was amazing). So much to see and its definitely worth it... More

A small place but packed full of interesting and unusual bugs, spiders, insects and creepy crawlies. The guides are very knowledgeable and friendly and are patient with the kids. We all loved being able to hold some of the creatures. The ant colony was fascinating and I could have watched it all day!

Fun and knowledgeable staff. Kids can hold some of the bugs. You can see spiders, ants, roaches, stick insects among other bugs. Learn how smart ants really are and how some roaches are the cleanest bugs on earth and how it would be "ok" to have those live in your house (you'll never sell me on that but hey). You... More

This was the highlight of our trip. You get to hold some giant insects, and see the leaf-cutter colony. It is a great place to take kids. The tour guides are very knowledgeable.
