I struggle reviewing Victoria all round but I will be fair. Yes I am pleased that I have been but wouldn't go again. interesting old buildings and architecture. little shops where you wont find the same in malls. can be hard to park. be leisurely, and go into small shops you don't think you are interested in and maybe you'll be surprised! have a bubbletea in chinatown. More

Victoria has managed to maintain much of the old buildings. If things need upgrading it appears that the charm is being included. Thank goodness. More
