My family recently did a kayak tour with Nici and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the season! We live in Victoria, so know the area fairly well. It was still fantastic to see it all from a different vantage point - in a kayak! We went out of Victoria harbour and round towards Esquimalt harbour....

We are located in the best location to kayak Victoria's Outer Harbour ! Amazing Olympic Mountain vistas,seal colonies, blue herons, eagles, jellies, star fish and kelp forests are just around the headland from our shop. We offer several guided sea kayaking tours that range from an Inner Harbour paddle to a true West Coast paddling experience with a catered picnic on Cherry Beach. Enjoy the flavor of a local marina and paddle with us in Victoria's amazing ocean environment. We have recently opened a gift shop with work from local artisan's including glass work, carvings and wonderful paintings. A great day outing is to walk from the blue bridge along the West Song walkway to our shop, have a hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate, do some kayaking and gift shopping then take the Harbour Ferry back downtown.

Any kayak trip on a sunny 70 degree day in Victoria is going to be lovely, but Nici made our day on the water special and unforgettable. Nici the owner was great! Gave great advice and kayak lesson before heading out. She catered the tour to what we wanted!! Very very nice gal!! Got to see sea planes landing and taking off as we made our way to seal island to see the locals. Got to bounce in some small waves and try out some new kayak...

We choose Victoria Waterfront based on other reviews and were not disappointed. Nici was not only knowledgeable and safe but great fun. Highly recommend and next time were are in Victoria we are returning!

This morning Nici guided me through all the basics of kayaking, we enjoyed a little paddle in the scenic Victoria Harbour, and we practiced wet exits and rescues. Our lesson was very practical and enjoyable. I would highly recommend contacting Nici if you are interested in kayaking on Vancouver Island.

What a wonderful experience! Having never been in a kayak of any kind, I was anxious for the first 15 min or so on the water. But soon found my "legs" and thoroughly enjoyed the adventure.
