It is worth a quick trip to see the inside of the building. Also should not miss the building at night. They do a lovely job lighting it up. More

Beautiful buildings and views of the harbour. Lovely lawns and we were lucky enough to hear a band playing in front of the buildings! More

I took the free tour, and was very pleasantly surprised. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and the Victorian era actors did a great job of presenting their historical stories, and staying in character. I've done similar tours in other parliament buildings in Canada and Europe, and thought this one was quite well done. Good fun, but not an absolute essential... More

I couldn't believe it was FREE. I would have paid for that tour. The actor who portrayed Francis Rattenbury did an AMAZING job! Honestly found it to be the *highlight* of our Victoria vacation. More

Take a look at some of the neatest architecture around....learn the history of the building before you visit it. Nice eating place there too, not expensive. More

The tours are free and seem to be every hour. The tour guide was very pleasant. Some characters appear in period costume too. Considering it was a free tour its definitely worth doing and its only 30 mins in duration so easily done. In our trip around Victoria today it was one of the highlights. It was interesting to see... The location of these architectural marvels is on the waterfront in Victoria and quite near the Provincial Museum and the IMAX. More

Went with my wife to visit the parliament buildings in Victoria. We had never been before. We loved the gardens as well as the buildings. Finally a face to the postcards! More

This big castle on nthe inner harbour is actually the seat of Government for BC. It does have interesting things to see inside but mostly it is a stuffy spot. I have been there several times, at times when nothing particularly pressing was going on but I still found the guard (commissionaires) a bit oppressive. More
